Recently, the Human Resources Department of the company, in conjunction with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, organized a course on "Work Injury Prevention and Safety Training", and relevant personnel from various departments participated in the training. Theoretical training is conducted in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company, while practical training is conducted in the welding workshop two.
This training, combined with targeted case studies, provided safety operation education to employees. Employees must master the relevant safety operation knowledge and regulations of their position before starting work. The awareness of safety production among employees has been improved, and it is necessary to eliminate their complacency in safety production awareness, enhance their prevention awareness, and avoid work-related accidents.
